RAMBO & RUFUS
BREED: Cockapoo / Beagle Mix; GENDER: Male; AGE: Baby; SIZE:
Small
There are two male puppies remaining from a litter of 5; Rufus and Rambo. These puppies were born
the end of May. They are ready for their new homes and have had two sets of shots and part of the adoption
contract is the complete set of shots including the rabies, plus neutering. Mama was a stray and looks like a cockapoo, but
dad was a "rolling stone". Their little heads are shaped like a beagle or a hound. They
are extremely cute and want to be part of a family. You must have a fenced yard and a big heart because they will take all
the love you want to give.

JAMIE German Shepherd Dog: Large • Adult •
Male Jamie
is currently a little shy when you approach him (unless you have a cookie!) but if you bring a dog around him he comes to
life. Wags his tail gets down in the play bow. He is heartworm negative. It’s
a shame, this big boy belonged to someone. Primary color: Tricolor (Brown, Black & White) • Coat
length: Short. Special Considerations: No small children; Cats are unknown

Megan BREED: Chihuahua
/ Dachshund Mix; GENDER: Female; AGE: Adult; SIZE: Small Meg is a sweet little dog pulled
from Jax ACC. She was on the "death" list and if she stayed another day she would have died.
She apparently had recently had puppies when dropped off at the shelter. She has been
be spayed. She just wants to be hugged and snuggled. She never "goes" in her
kennel so it is assumed she is housebroken. She gets along with other dogs, but would probably do best
in a home with no other dogs. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: No small children; cats are an unknown

LUCY LUCY
Labrador Retriever/Hound Mix: Medium •
Adult • Female Lucy Lucy, like all our borders, has a sad story. We
have no idea how long Lucy had to fend for herself. She wandered up to a construction office and they kindly
fed her, but when she ended up pregnant they decided to find her a home. The person who said he would take
her changed his mind so Lucy Lu was headed for the kill shelter. Luckily she happened to be at the vet
at the time the person decided not to provide a home for Lucy. The vet was told to call the animal control.
The vet being very sympathetic decided Lucy needed a chance and called PRN. She lost the puppies,
but has a place a stay until we find her a permanent home. She is a sweet loving girl who is just so happy
to have food and a cookie. She would make a good family pet and love to play with older children.
Special Considerations:
No small children; Cats are unknown

OLIVIA
BREED: Beagle / Hound; GENDER: Female;
AGE: Young; SIZE: Small
Olivia is still a baby at heart at less than a year old. She was found wondering on a busy street and
brought to safety of the shelter. She is a typical puppy full of energy and love...kisses, kisses and more kisses.
Olivia is currently housed with Rowdy and appears to get along well with other dogs, but may be too energetic for senior pooches
(10+). If you would like to foster Olivia until she finds her forever home she would love to visit for awhile.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: No small children

NORMA Rat Terrier/Beagle Mix; Female; Young; Medium Norma
is a sweet 2-year old lovemut that just wants to be in your lap and petted. She has the most pitful look when you stop
that makes you keep going. Norma also seems to have a maternal streak shown by protecting the new puppies at a Petsmart
Adoption Day. She walks on a leash and appears to be housebroken. A wonderful addition to any family and particularly
a senior couple or person. Special
Considerations: No small children; Cats appear to be ok

DOLLAR BREED:
Beagle Mix GENDER: Female AGE:
Young SIZE: Small
Dollar is absolutely a wonderful little
girl. She is so loving and the typical little beagle searching every corner of her territory to see what
she can find. She loves people and is eager for someone to love her, wiggling and dancing when she thinks
she is going to be loved. She does not have accidents in her kennel which leads us to believe she is housebroke.
Being a beagle she should not be outside on her own. That is probably why she was found wandering.
Beagles definitely get bored when left alone.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: No small kids or cats.
